Welcome to the Eden Career-Technical Center. We at E-Tech anticipate a fabulous school year filled with many new opportunities for our students. Over the past year, we have made many changes-internally and externally-that will pave the way for student success and better communication with out stakeholders. We are thrilled at the opportunities available through career-tech. We look forward to partnering with you on your journey to success. We are always available to assist you in any way. We continue to ask for your patience as we progress through the many renovations at E-Tech and also want to ask for your continued suggestions and input. Thank You!
We have revamped our academic offerings and presentation methods to ensure quality, innovation, and rigorous standards within our academic courses so that no matter the future path of students – career, technical school, community college, or university – they can confidently enter these programs and succeed. All of our lab programs are in the process of being revamped to meet national standards and offer national credentials for our students. You will also see an increase in dual enrollment and articulation credits offered through our programs.
We will have two new programs being offered in 2009-2010 – the Engineering Academy and the I-cademy program. The Engineering Academy is a new initiative for St. Clair County schools. The I-cademy program is the by-product of the new partnership we have established with Jefferson State Community College.
